How We Work

Embark on an informative journey as you explore a wealth of engaging medical insights through our captivating info boxes.

Initial Discussion

Here we'll determine if a client qualifies for Medicare, whether they're nearing 65, planning to retire soon, or facing other relevant circumstances.

Schedule Meeting

In this phase, we'll provide a brief Medicare 101 tutorial, ensuring our client understands the basics. We'll also discuss their insurance requirements, confirming that their preferred doctors and medications are covered by the chosen plan. Following this, we'll complete an application and set up a dedicated file for them here at Retired Health Group.

Ongoing Review

We conduct an annual review of the client's policy to ensure that all essential services like lab tests, doctor appointments, vaccines, and more are covered consistently from year to year.

About Your Initial Consultation

What can you expect during our first meeting?
(AKA: How can I maximize my Medicare benefits?)

Once we've confirmed a client's eligibility for Medicare and assessed their need for our services, we'll kick things off with a brief Medicare 101 session. This typically takes about ten minutes, during which one of our agents will walk them through the four parts of Medicare—A, B, C, and D—explaining how each part functions, its associated costs, and any copays involved.

Next, we delve into options for supplementing Medicare, whether through Advantage plans or Medigap policies, breaking down complex information into simple, understandable terms. Since Medicare doesn't cover everything, most individuals opt for additional insurance. Following this discussion, we move on to data collection. This involves researching current doctors and medications to ensure that the chosen plan includes coverage for both.

Finally, we'll fill out an application together. We work with every carrier offering Medicare supplement insurance, and our compensation remains consistent across all providers. This means you can trust that we won't steer you toward any particular plan for our own gain. In fact, there's no extra cost associated with working with a broker like us. We're here to be your advocate every step of the way.
